WIAW: Leftover Addition

Happy hump day and welcome to another WIAW. You will recognize a lot of repeats from meals I’ve had throughout the week. It may sound a bit boring, but I LOVE getting rid of leftovers.

Breakfast: 8:00

Egg beater scramble with spinach, tomatoes, and American cheese with strawberries on the side.

Lunch: 10:45

Leftover salad from last night’s dinner. Strawberries and blackberries on the side.

Snack #1  1:30

Hommus and bagel chips

Snack # 2 4:00

Dinner: 7:00

Pasta with a leftover chicken parm patty and a side of mixed veggies.

Throughout the day I also sipped on this:

I am really trying hard to drink throughout the day.  Overall I did a fairly good job of balancing food groups and incorporating the triple threat into each meal.
