Alright. Yesterday was a very long and tedious day so I’m not feeling too talkative so I’m just going to jump right into the eats this week.

I omitted the bread because it gets too soggy if I pack it the night before. Saved about 200 calories!

Food Tip: Put crumbled up foil on the bottom of your crock pot to make crispy wings. It keeps the meat out of the fat. IMAG5004
